The XMOJO Project: Getting Involved

You are in XMOJO and now you want to know how you can get involved in the project. All open source projects are based on participation of the users. Here at XMOJO we make sure we give you the best of opportunities to participate. You can participate with us in three major areas.

Discussion Forum

XMOJO has its own discussion form,
  • to get enriched in JMX
  • to clear your doubts
  • to interact with the XMOJO Team by providing suggestions/feedbacks
  • to get periodical news about releases and bug fixes

Just sign into the discussion forum in the forum home page below and you are in,

Contributions

Being an open source project XMOJO always welcomes contributions from all the users. You can submit your contributions to xmojo-contribs@xmojo.org. The contributions can be anything, from a bug fix to a feature enhancement which can be useful for the whole community.

You can surely contribute fixes to the issues, just make sure you read about the source code modification in the License Agreement. You can contact xmojo-support@xmojo.org for further details.

The contributions must be original and exposing the contributions to the community rests on xmojo.org. Make sure your contributions are less than 2 MB in size while sending mails. Otherwise, you can upload the file to a specific URL and send the URL to us.

Bug Submission Form

Your suggestions for improving the XMOJO implementation are always welcome. Similarly, if you find any issue, you can inform us using th bug submission form given below.

A bug ID will be generated and sent to you after the bug submission. The online view of the submitted bugs are not available. You can contact xmojo-support@xmojo.org for tracking the status of the submitted bugs. An announcement will be made in the discussion forum for official updates/new release of the project which will contain the fixed bugs list.
